What is Wholesaling?

Wholesaling is generally thought of as buying something people want at a low price and selling it at a small markup. Do you know anyone who wants a house? Me too, there are probably hundreds if not thousands in your city. I’m from the Des Moines, Iowa area but I work in several states. Wholesaling real estate involves getting a house under contract, marking it up a few thousand dollars, then selling it to a cash investor wanting it.
